With hundreds of past transactions, I’m an expert in my field and an industry leader.  I’ve sold homes in all price ranges from starter condominiums, to multi-million dollar estates, to fixer-upper investment properties. While I’m based in the San Fernando Valley, I’ve sold homes from Ventura to Orange County and everything in between. Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, and my candid advice. I strongly believe that not only is it my duty to represent my clients but also to educate them throughout the process so they can make the most informed decisions.

I set myself apart from others in this industry by offering in depth knowledge of real estate contracts and law, consistent communication, on-call availability, and by always keeping my client’s best interest at heart. I am hands-on with every transaction, from start to finish. My goal is to make the home buying or selling process stress-free for my clients. 

I have an extensive professional background in Sales and Marketing and previously owned a successful franchised business. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics, but when it comes to real estate, my education is never complete. I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiation techniques. I also utilize the latest technologies and I’m supported by a team of professionals who share my attention to detail and passion for perfection.

I’m originally from Illinois but I’ve been an Angelino for over 30 years, resulting in an effective combination of Midwestern sensibility and West Coast flair. Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active, attending shows and concerts, traveling, flipping homes, giving back to my community and most importantly spending time with my kids, family and friends.
