What is the value of your home??? So many consumers are seeking the value of their homes and have relied on popular sites to determine the estimated value for their home.  Today In my video I demonstrated a property that on the four major sites showed different values on a 1.65 million dollar home from a range of 200K plus or minus the true value.  I completely understand how the consumer can be confused when we as agents provide them the truth on what the home will actually sell for today. It is important to understand that these websites are not considering value points plus or minus in location, condition, upgrades and functionality.  So in the long run… if you want to really understand the value of your home… Ask my agents to assist you.  Today they will ask you to do a facetime session or ask you to provide a video/pictures of your home and provide you a true price range if the home sold in todays market.
